I have a question about my order!
Don't worry, we are happy to help. You can contact us via Instagram (@monqiwear) or via e-mail (info@monqiwear.com). You are guaranteed to receive an answer to your question within 1-2 days.

When will my order be shipped?
If you order before 17:00 (GMT +3) on a businessday, the products will be shipped the same day. Products ordered after 17:00 (GMT +3) will be shipped the next day. During busy periods, like launch days and holidays, your order will be shipped between 1-3 business days. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will get an e-mail confirmation.

How do I become an ambassador of Monqiwear?
Contact us via Instagram @monqiwear and show us who you are!

How do I use my discount code?
At the last stage of the checkout process, you can enter your coupon code in the 'coupon code' field. After entering the coupon code, the amount of the sale price will automatically be reduced. Only one coupon code can be used per order. The coupon code cannot be used with any existing sales items.

Can i change or cancel my order?
Make sure that you fill in all information correctly when ordering. If something has been passed on incorrectly or if you want to cancel your order, please send an e-mail to info@monqiwear.com. Make sure the details and your order number in the e-mail. If your package is already on it's way to you when canceled, the return costs are for your own account.

How do I return an item?
We accept a return request within 14 days of the purchase date without giving any reason. 

Returning items is at your own expense and must be unworn in the original packaging. Download the return form and note which items you want to return and sent this form with the items. Returns are processed within 7 business days of being received. Make sure you keep your track&trace safe until we have processed the return

  • Items must be returned within 14 days;
  • Sale items cannot be returned;
  • Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in the original packaging;
  • Items returned that smell like smoke, sweat etc. and with make-up and/or tan stains will automatically be rejected and returned to you.
